Surgical Weight Loss Specialists is the premier Lap-Band® surgery practice in Southeastern Massachusetts. A Commitment to Follow-up
There is no question that dedicated follow-up care results in substantial and sustained weight loss. We are committed to partnering with our patients and their families for the long run to make sure they achieve and maintain their personal goals. We strongly believe that each patient must be heard and treated as an individual. After surgery, we see our patients for follow-up every other week for the first ten weeks, then monthly for the first year.
Our Caring Surgeons
Our bariatric surgeons, Doctors Arthur Glasgow and Adam Glasgow, a father and son team, have over 45 years of combined surgical experience. Their practice is now devoted exclusively to laparoscopic gastric banding. They are dedicated to making sure their patients are well informed, well cared for and happy. They are always accessible for questions and regularly attend patient support groups.
